"The resort was great for families. However we have been to better hotels in Mexico and did not pay as much as the Bahía Príncipe explore Tulum. Take US dollars, they will never give you change for pesos. À la carte bookings was an absolute nightmare. For the week my group of 9 got 1 restaurant booked. Considering each room is allowed 2 à la cartes and we all together had 1 is a joke. For the amount of money we spent on this vacation we expected a bit more. Our tv in the hotel didn't work for a majority of our stay which was not ideal when you have a toddler. The buffet food was good no complaints there. Overall the resort was great for families but there were some things that were off putting"

"Loved it food was great in the buffet, staff were all nice and there was a lot of entertainment. Only thing I didn’t like was that reservations for the restaurants were impossible to makes they were always full and I would check as early as 5am and there wouldn’t be anymore availability."

It was exceptional—we were able to see sea turtles, tropical fish, and so much beautiful marine life right off the beach, which made the experience unforgettable. "Absolutely beautiful hotel. Every design detail was well thought out - rustic but elegant. The entire staff were so pleasant and helpful. The beach was gorgeous with plenty of comfortable options to sit or lay down on. The view was wonderful. Swimming in the ocean was tough due to the amount of sargassum but the two pools were very clean and had stunning views. Though the weather was warm (last week of April) there was a breeze every single day which made it very comfortable - a very nice surprise. My favorite thing was how you felt you were staying in the jungle with beautiful lanterns lighting your way. Exceptional stay!"

Our 30th anniversary was spectacular because of them upgrading us when room was available the last 3 days with a private pool, wine and chocolate covered strawberries was the best touch and the banner! We enjoyed the resort , beach, staff , activities, the weather was perfect low humidity which was a plus to our vacation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
