「酒店的装修非常艺术化，有个性。 但是酒店的工作人员不够专业。清洁工收拾了房间后，没有及时补充新的物品，比如浴巾，水。前台没有及时提醒我们酒店到停车库的交通路线。 」

「This was no fault of the hotel staff but when we arrived, some guests were too close to the front door smoking Marijuana. I didn't see it but everyone could smell it. The hotel could use some renovations as we saw water damage on the walls in our room and the inner part of the bath tub was peeling/flaking. The shower's water pressure was terrible. We had double beds and thank goodness because the sheets had black stains on one bed. Hotel staff was amazing, very helpful and personable.」

「Breakfast was expensive and inconvenient. Had to be ordered at the "bistro" counter and picked up. There was no bar. I had booked it with Expedia, which was fine, but it took way too long to check in. The staff was staring at the computer and typing and clicking for at least 15 minutes just for me. Parking in the nearby public garage was $13/day. The hotel does not have its own garage, and no voucher was offered for free parking, so I had to pay $25 for valet parking. The location was good,...

「Room was clean however I was given a room with a broken stove and microwave. I booked from Friday to Monday and had my family. It was a huge inconvenience as I booked this hotel for the kitchen they had to avoid spending so much on outside food during my trip. We weren’t able to be accommodated and moved to another room until Sunday afternoon. They did refund me for the first two nights so I was appreciative for that. Just wish I had a room that worked throughout my entire stay. Otherwise...

「Our shower door had a loose hinge, mold growth on the adhesive that previously secured the soap bottles, and a non-functional handheld shower head. Additionally, black mold was present in the sink's overflow. All other aspects were satisfactory. I believe the absence of a bathroom vent may have contributed to some of the mold issues. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.」

「The front desk was efficient but not necessarily friendly. The property was run down and noisy. Towels and bedding were thin and worn. There was a lack of outlets No blinds or curtain on the window. 」

「Room was nasty. Door lock didn’t work. We had to prop a chair under I the handle. Peep hole was painted over. Window was filthy. Pictures on Expedia were NOT accurate. Worst place I have ever stayed. Still have not gotten my deposit back. 」
