Visit the MacArthur Center, a modern shopping facility at the cultural and geographical center of Norfolk. It offers a range of stores and dining options, as well as a theater and many special events throughout the year.

Arrive at the shopping center and admire its elegant redbrick façade, featuring a large terrace and a movie theater marquee. In the evening, the marquee and the name of the mall light up on the brick front of the center. Check the schedule for the latest movies and find your seat in one of the 18 cinema screening rooms.

Find the MacArthur Center marking the center of Norfolk, a little west of Virginia Beach. Access the shopping complex via the stations of Monticello or MacArthur Square or ride a bus to one of the surrounding stops. For drivers, parking is available for a fee in an adjacent garage.
