「The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. 「Good place. Everyone here is very nice. The room is very clean and comfortable. It's convenient to drive to White Mountain and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby so no worries about daily life.」

「The property has excellent amenities, and very kid / family friendly. Some of the things are outdated and could use a little love but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. Picture perfect and the breakfast was superb. clean, nice, welcoming, homey. highly recommend. 」

「We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. 」
