"This is our favorite hotel in Milan. It is very comfortable, and they provide complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, as well as a welcome glass of wine. The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station. The breakfast was delicious. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kennet at the front desk and the Cuban lady in the breakfast area."
