"The staff was amazing, very helpful and nice. The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to a lot of subway lines for frequent travel through the city, stores, and places to eat. Overall an excellent place to stay. Some notes that I didn’t realize before booking that’s not a big deal but good to know. While you do have your own room that locks there is no real roof so if you’re a light sleeper, that may be a problem as you could hear someone in the middle of the night. There is no elevator, and they don’t provide shower shoes. Overall a great place to stay and I look forward to coming back I can’t recommend it enough."

"This our go to hotel when we travel to NYC. The staff is helpful and friendly. It is clean and has great views as well as being super convenient to multiple subway lines to quickly take you anywhere you need to go in the city. "

"Definitely on of the more unique pod style experiences in such a historic hotel. Rooms were small but comfy and I definitely appreciated having a tv and air conditioner. Great food, shops, barber, etc within walking distance and its right across the street from the Hudson for beautiful water views. Would definitely stay here again."

"What a find! We loved this little hotel in the heart of Little Italy. Great welcoming staff. Wonderful room with a TERRACE! There are tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance. We were thrilled by this place. The bed offered multiple pillow options and was comfortable. We spent quality time on our terrace and on the terrific roof deck!"

"Perfect location for the girls trip with my 15year old daughter. Soho shopping was great! The pool was fantastic and the location was less than a block to the subway. We rode the subway all week and never felt unsafe. Excellent hotel, we will be back!"
