「The staff was helpful.The room cleaning could use more attention hair in shower and on shower curtain. They had to switch my room 3 times due to the A/c not working, then the noise...the 3rd room was the one that had the hair in shower and shower curtain.」

「I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.」
