"The room was disgusting and dirty. Sheets had blood spots, pillows were yellow. The mattress pad was so dirty we didn’t sleep in the bed. Even the second room we were given had dirty sheets, mattress pad stained all over. No one available at time of returning the key. I had to leave the key with a note . I wouldn't remember this hotel to my worst enemy. The Manager was professional however, no comments when i showed pictures of the disgusting bed sheets. We were given a new room but it was not...

"So far everything has been wonderful. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and the breakfast was ok (I've had worse and I've had better). My recommendations is that the elevator needs to be bigger or at least more than one for an entire 3-story hotel. The indoor swimming pool might as well be outside... it was sooooooo hot and stuffy in there.. and it was at 8pm!"
"This was a great way to end my vacation, since my flight arrived at a late hour into TYS. It is an easy and straight walk from baggage claim to the Hilton,or they will come get you in their shuttle. The hotel is great. Pool is fun, too, Restaurant and bar on site."
