「 The staff at this hotel were really very nice, especially Michelle. There were two others there very pleasant. Unfortunately, I had left some luggage and had driven hours away. I called the hotel in a panicked state and Michelle reassured me my luggage was there. I drove back to get it and there was another lady working the front desk who was so lovely and helpful. They are very nice staff at this hotel and it is to their credit.my hotel room was clean and nice. I recommend.」

「The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. 「What a great little no hassle/having to deal with the front desk experience. The place was clean, well equipped, maintained and comfortable. The team was extremely responsive and friendly. Overall I was worried about other reviews and the noise from the road but it wasn’t an issues as it quiets down. It is fun to see the Harley guys roll on past on their awesome bikes. The property does have that murdered in the mountains vibe at the road side motel…but that’s what I was going for in booking...
