「Large, very clean room. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with great shower. Nice toilet products to use. Plentiful, tea, coffee and biscuits provided as well as a small fridge with bottled water. Attractive restaurant with a good range of menu options. Ate there 2 nights and the food was very good. Some excellent desserts too! Breakfast was also very good and flexible options. 「Good: The decoration of the room is cozy and in good classic style There is a bar on the ground floor which is good Staff are nice and friendly Bad: Strong smell in the bathroom which is disgusting, we think that comes from the eroding wood The water boiler is not clean and there is even water remain inside Being asked for the room key after check out but believe their staff mixed things up (Wrong number tag on the key)」

「Arrived slightly earlier than check in and was told the room was not ready but to help ourselves to tea and coffee. Greeted by Mateus....very very very helpful and friendly, credit goes to Mateus. There is no air con at the hotel and the lift was broken at the time, we were lucky only staying on the first floor. That is the only negative to this review. Staff was all round amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. Always working hard and it was busy! Credit to all your staff that was working...
