Fabulous. Large rooms. Comfy clean beds with a variety of pillows. Friendly staff. Great Breakfast overlooking golf course and wildlife. Only gripe shower needed a freshen up and cobwebs on ceiling but far better than most 4* hotels.

The room was very spacious and clean with a good size bathroom. Comfy big bed ( two pushed together) The choice of different pillows was a very nice touch! Only met the reception staff and the house keeper all very accommodating! We didn’t eat at the hotel so I cannot leave any feedback, but the restaurant looked very nice.

Very friendly staff at reception, easy check in, the room was clean and spacious. My only point to mention was, when we arrived after a long drive we couldn’t get anything to eat, the restaurant was closed, went down to the club house, but told they were also closed as they had to prepare for a wedding party! Had to drive to find a pub! The drive entrance could do with a little more lighting, especially the speed bumps! But had a very comfortable two nights! Would recommend!

Quiet, easy going place to stay near Basingstoke.

A short drive from Basingstoke into the countryside, it was a nice quiet night at the Sandford Springs Hotel. Might go back and try the golf some day.

Nice hotel for business or golf outside Basingstok

I returned to the hotel as it's convenient for Basingstoke and in a nice setting. The beds are comfortable and they have different pillows to suit your needs. The hotel was generally clean although the shower could use a deeper clean around the edges.

Ideal Golf break location

The hotel and staff were very friendly and the rooms especially the beds were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast The only issue was problem was they don’t seem to have a fully functional bar although drinks were available.
