"Great location, walkable to so many good restaurants and the riverfront. Some of the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond, but many at front desk and lobby bar seemed uninterested in helping guests at all. Our room was clean and more spacious than we anticipated, so that was a bonus. The drinks & food at the bar were great. A major downfall was not being able to enjoy the rooftop bar once during our 3 night stay due to private parties renting the space (but the front desk staff had no clue and kept telling us the rooftop was open, then made us feel like we were crazy when we told them it was indeed closed to the public - seems to be a huge lack of communication between the hotel and Lilistar). I was bummed about that because we ended up booking this property over another because it had a roof top."

"Very nice hotel! It was clean and smelled clean. My only issue was the shower gel was nearly empty. I used my own. I didn’t complain because we had a 1 night stay and forgot to tell them when checking out! The staff was friendly. The airport shuttle was quick"
