「poor room quality」

「Too much noise Too many people talking in the living room since 5:00 am and I don't know if it's your staff or your guests. we live in the room 127 kept hearing the sound of doors close open close open and IMakes me very angry and cranky」

「The place is conveniently located right off of the Long Island Expressway. The entrance may be tricky for some, but I found it no problem. It was very nice both inside and out, and the room was nice as well. Staff was very helpful in regard to providing information regarding dining options. 「Property is a little dated, looking forward to the improvements they are making to the hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I wasn't lucky at the casino LOL but it was fun and exciting environment. They should offer amenities for the hotel guests maybe separate entrance and parking. It was a little annoying to enter through regular entrance and show ID each time we entered back into the hotel. 」
