lovely stay here, even though we were only here for one night. The windowless room and soundproofing really make you feel like youre in a super cosy private space, right in the middle of such a busy area. It was perfect for us.
Amazing location and perfect for our four night stay, just a little on the small side. Couldn’t have stayed any longer in the small space but honestly perfect for us as we were out at 730am and not back in until after 1030pm. So close to the tube and buses so perfect for getting around
Room was clean. Air conditioning was good. Really great location opposite Knightsbridge station abd close to Hyde park. Extremely small but was fine for us as we weren’t planning to be in the room apart from to sleep and change
I probably didn’t read the write up properly, but the hotel only has double beds, and each side of the double bed touches the wall. It is literally a bed and a bathroom. Great for couples, and all you want to do is sleep there and have very little luggage. Great location.
Great place if you're going to be out all day and just want a bed and bathroom in a central area. The tube station is directly opposite so it's very central and well connected.
Definitely make sure what you're booking meets your needs. But it's very clean and quiet and the beds are very comfortable.
A great place to stay in the heart of London if you just want a bed for the night. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. There is no furniture and the rooms are very compact but perfect if all you want is a good nights sleep.
The room is super tiny but super clean and provided all I needed for my solo trip, great location, easy access to busses and subways. Naveen who helped me to check in and check out was super nice, also helped me figured out the better solution to get to airport when the subway was closed that day.... very helpful !
This was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, quiet, modern, and cheap. The location was great and the small size of the room, aside from being pretty funny, really motivated me to spend pretty much all of my time in the city and not in my room. This was exactly what I thought it would be and was very happy with my stay. My only feedback to hotel management is that the sink was so small/close to the mirror, it was actually hard to spit into while brushing my teeth without hitting my head on the mirror. Everything else though felt perfectly designed for usability and compactness.
This was a new experience for me. It was simple but all you need in a room. It was a bit tight but the bed felt so clean and the mattress was super comfy. I appreciated how they blacked out the window as it made sleeping much easier but at times it did make us feel like we were in a dungeon.
Booked less than a week before, £153 which was not too bad. Came through for a concert. Hotel is great location with the underground just across the road. Shops nearby. The room itself was a cocoon so the clue is in the name, very simple and cosy. Booked as a couple, it was a bit tight for getting changed not a lot of open space. However the bed was very cosy, did not feel to tight at all. Best night sleep I’ve had in a good while. Definitely recommend if you just want somewhere to sleep!
A stones throw from the underground. Hotel was very quiet. Room was tiny but perfect for what we needed,,somewhere to sleep and shower. Room was more like a pod. The sink in the bathroom is really small so water would go everywhere when washing your face. Powerful shower. Comfy bed. Silent at night, so got a good sleep. Not a lot of room to get ready if there's 2 of you trying to get ready at the same time.
This was the perfect place to stay for one quick night before my flight out of Heathrow the next day. I arrived at St Pancras station and took the train to the hotel. I specifically looked for a place on the Piccadilly line to Heathrow, and this was just steps away from the station. Not far to drag my luggage.
Very close to beautiful Hyde Park, many shops and restaurants in the area.
Very neat, well appointed place and absolutely quiet since there are NO windows! I had room 102 and I didn’t hear a sound all night!
Really appreciated the USBC outlets.
Would stay here again for 1, maybe two nights.
Overall, the concept of a cocoon hotel room is good for a single traveler that is staying 1 to 3 nights.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and although the bathroom was tiny, the shower was very good with high pressure and hot water.
The drawback was very limited space to store anything outside of your suitcases underneath the bed. This would be an easy fix for the hotel owner by installing foldable shelves that when in use, its folds down from the wall and when not in use, the shelve folds flush up against the wall.
The main complaint that I have with the room is the sink in the bathroom. It is the smallest sink I’ve ever seen in a hotel room and is not functional for shaving, washing your face or taking makeup off. For this reason, I gave the overall rating of the Hotel a 4 out of 5 rating.
The room is fine for a single guest, but I would not recommend it if you are traveling together with a partner, husband, wife or child.
The location was great. If you're traveling on holiday or need to work in the area, you can't beat the location. Very close to Knightsbridge underground and easy to walk to Hyde Park and all the spots you want to see. I was there for work.
The room was/is SMALL! But, that's the point. There is no TV or radio and any other distraction. It really is just for sleeping, and that was comfortable.
The only criticism I would offer is the lack of storage, shelving or hooks. I had 2 in the entry & 2 in the bathroom. Yet, plenty of empty wall space. I understand the minimalist aesthetic but some sleek black, or white shelves to put key, water bottle, loose items etc. would be helpful to keep the place tidy while staying. Extra hooks would also be appreciated.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
We booked this property as it we liked the idea of the soundproofed rooms because it was in a busy area and no window so you could control your own lighting and get a good nights sleep.
What we got was a room with a boarded up window and the light from the window was still able to get along the top edge of where it was covered up. The room was not soundproof as we could clearly hear the traffic from the road outside.
The room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and the staff were frendly, but let dow by the false claims of no window and soundproof rooms, when actually being a hidden window in the room and the noise from outside.
