Great Place!

Fantastic stay. Reception was friendly, room was clean and well decorated, and beds very comfortable. The location was excellent for us, and the hotel is on a nice residential street. There were minor areas which could do with a bit of a touch up of the decor, but that didn’t bother us in the slightest. The price we paid for our room was great in comparison to other nearby hotels, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

Excellent hotel in a quiet but accessible locale.

Helpful and efficient staff. Very useful left luggage facility for both ends of the trip. Clean and well-considered room. Will definitely stay again when in the area as also conveniently located for two tube stations.

Was a clean and nice room for a stay in London, no complaints to be honest. Short walk from transport to the centre of london and a relatively quiet area. Staff nice as well so that’s a bonus.

All you need for a stay in London

Very good place to stay in a nice area close to the Tube. Quiet, very good shower and hair dryer and TV. Comfortable bed and nice thick curtains. Helpful staff and convenient luggage storage room. Would definitely come again.

Excellent!

This was my first stay at W14 hotel but definitely not my last! Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and very quiet and there was a luggage storage service which was a bonus. Very close to two tube stations giving convenient access to central London. Overall an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Would definitely be back!

Lovely hotel in a nice location, very quiet location. We stayed for a gig and felt nice and safe walking back to the hotel at night. Staff always on 24/7 and always very friendly. Rooms are lovely and the price for this hotel is brilliant! Comfortable bed and showers were great. The only negative is if you’re staying on the third floor you have a lot of stairs to climb - I’m not the fittest so struggled but was worth it for such a comfortable stay!

A lovely stay

A nice welcome and very easy check-in. It was a very hot day, and the bar and lobby area was sweltering. The friendly guy who checked me in gave me a bottle of water which was hugely appreciated! The room was really nice - a good size, modern decor with very comfy bed and great bathroom. The small in-room fridge was very welcome! I would definitely stay again.
