This was my second stay at this property and it was like the first. All smiles and helpful. The breakfast was great every morning. The cleaning staff cleaned my room every day efficiently. The check in and check out was quick. I'll definitely be coming back.

We had a room on the top floor, great view across the buildings, including of the London eye and the shard. Really comfortable bed, lovely shower, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water were nice touches. Nice and cool thanks to the air conditioning. Great places for breakfast nearby if you don’t have breakfast at the hotel. Staff very helpful letting us drop off our bag early and checking in quite late after our west end show. Will definitely be back.

Positives: Clean; warm; air con; windows that open; stylish; location; quiet; dark room at night*; quite fridge; lock box; easy shower operation (wonderful one-button); ambiance; luggage storage post-check-out; welcoming. Negatives: Too much technology in rooms (not all seemed to work); not enough coat hangars or hanging space for 2 (the long drop area housed a large ironing board); tiny storage cupboards in hard-to-access places; insufficient space around all three sides of bed to allow for normal walking; nowhere to put suitcase; pointless pouffe taking up valuable space; hard mattress and hard pillows (thought to be soft by staff); *bedside phone lighting up several times in the night disrupting sleep; newly painted bathroom already suffering peeling paint; overall for the price this was smaller than anticipated. In summary there were pros and cons of staying in this hotel. Space and comfort for the price point were not good value, but the staff and a number of other elements were.

Great value hotel for overnight stay near my Christmas party in Marylebone. Close to tube stations and walkable to shopping in Marylebone or Oxford Street. Small room but was surprised how quiet it was, being near a busy road. Would stay here again.
