Pros: Visually clean (will explain what I mean by that) 3 individual beds in the room, streaming channels available
Cons: Slight smell of mildew in the room, no telephone in room(you have to go all the way to the reception desk each time to ask for assistance), no microwave or fridge, suite card reader sounded a random alarm & most disturbingly, an intrusive check-in process (was asked for either passport#s/ID#s of ALL guests in my suite (are we @ the airport TSA customs or a hotel???) In all my yrs of booking 100s of hotels, I have NEVER been asked for this & if it’s customary, pls explain why to your guests & give me a good reason why it wasn’t sufficient enough to take only my info as the booker & not the info of my family/kids! Absolutely horrific experience & will never book in London again if that is the way guests are treated! I was also asked for “my” room number upon entry to b’fast after MANY entered the room & were ignored by the staff-I have NEVER felt so unwelcome/discriminated against by a hotel in my life & I truly mean this
