All convenient enough, clean and accessible but I prefer having hotel facilities. There was an issue with hot water. It took forever to run through and was only just warm then.

Very central location. Nice interior of the rooms. The problem was noise. I felt like I was sleeping outside in the middle of a roundabout. Also window curtain did not fully close, so there was light entering from outdoor lighting.

Incredible stay, helpful team!

My stay was amazing, I had a few questions prior to checking in, and the response time was impeccable, fastest communication and helpful answers. I recommend this for all people looking for a not-too-heavy-priced stay, but are still wanting a quality nights rest, a good location and a lot of amenities.

The rooms were very clean and the property itself was very nice. Pleasantly surprised with how spacious the rooms felt; felt homey. Amenities were excellent. Good spot for someone on a business trip for an extended period of time. Great location, very conveniently close to major train stations, especially the Elizabeth Line connecting you to Heathrow. Note that this is in a more business/office district so many shops and businesses tend to be closed on Sunday. We had few little hiccups with the check-in process and bag drop-off since it is mainly a self-served process and there is no reception person/desk. Easily resolved through a call to customer support, but don’t expect to speak to a person once you get there (at check-in or arriving early).

Very clean and in a great spot in the city. Beautiful windows, lots of light. I enjoyed staying here, it felt safe and bright. My only complaint is that when the people upstairs use the water there is a loud shrieking that can wake you up at night or disturb anything you’re doing. Otherwise a great place to stay

A great location and comfortable room but a lot smaller than was expected. The room was suitable for a short stay but communication was lacking in a number of ways. Following successful checking in we went for dinner and the code would not work on our return. It took over 15 minutes to talk to someone to assist us with getting acces. Additionally, there were no instructions about wifi access readily available - took 2 days to respond to this request for information. Also note that there is no ability to leave luggage if you arrive earlier than 4.00pm check in noting there are no staff you can interface with prior to checking in!

Quite comfy secure studio across street from Moorgate Station. Tesco Express across from property on side-street which will be needed on check-in as only starter coffee/tea supplied. Basic kitchen supplies (dishes, glasses, cups, silverware) with hob, oven/micro, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, clothes washer, iron, ironing board, laptop safe. Nice stay with easy access to tube, and some restaurants/pubs nearby. Bathtub is slippery and tub mat would be nice addition. Bed was comfortable and on the softer side. Would definitely stay again next trip to London.
