Excellent location by Moorgate and Liverpool Street station. A wonderful apartment style hotel room. Very clean with everything you need for your stay. Cozy with black out curtains and well sound proofed considering its location! Definitely going back when I need to stay in London.

Good Location. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Lift was out of order on Day 2. Check in code did not work and trying to contact host for another code was slow and painful. I was late for my next appointment. Two entrances. One has quite a few stairs but nice lobby. Other entrance is dark and dingy. Air conditioning worked but panel showed filters need replacing . A microwave would be a good addition. This place could be exceptional

Great location with everything you needed. We stayed in the studio room which was plenty of room and clean. Only issue was the air con unit was difficult to turn off from the panel and soon realised there was a light switch by the bathroom (weird wiring) that turned it all off as the room was very cold to start with. Apart from this, it was perfect for a night’s stay.

Check in process was nothing like the booking instructions. Said details would be sent 24 hours prior, the accommodation actually sends a WhatsApp 5 mins after book in time. Caused me so much stress as no answer to messaging system or phone number provided. Our room was a nice size, the shower flooded every time after less than 3 minutes because the drain wasnt draining. So unable to have a shower at all other than rapid cold spray without the whole room covered in cms of water!
