The staff were all amazing at the hotel, all extremely friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough. The breakfast was great big selection of both hot or continental options and the staff in the restaurant were brilliant. Hotel is in a great central location for everything. Enjoyed our stay and will choose this hotel to stay in again

This hotel was a great place to stay In London. Great location for the theatre district! The staff was extremely helpful as my husband had trouble with walking and balance.. they helped me with luggage. We had a nice room near the elevator. Would stay there again!

Great location but WiFi (and TV) were frequently unavailable on a 7 night stay. Out for several hours on multiple days. Hotel and room was clean and it's an excellent location.

The room was wonderful and in a great location. Close to 3 underground stations and walking distance to many restaurants and pubs. The room has soundproof windows so it was quiet. The bathroom even has a towel warmer! Staff was friendly and helpful. The problem was the WiFi and television service kept going out. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and roomy but needed a refresh - hard water stains, loose sink faucet, discolored caulk around tub. Biggest issue for us was that the WiFi was not working during the two days we were there. All staff could tell us was that they were working on it. Otherwise staff was wonderful. They did give me a small credit in compensation.
