We enjoyed our stay here as it was a good hotel in a great spot, only a 5 minute walk to King’s Cross underground. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a twin room with a shower which was handy. We had to share a toilet but we had no problems. There was parking but there was a charge but considering it’s London, it was cheaper than a parking lot. We would stay there again.

I have stayed in a couple 2 stars hotels around this area and the Princess hotel is by far the best in terms on cleanliness and amenities. The single room might be a bit smaller compared to other hotels but the amenities are a lot better. I stayed 1night at room 12 (basement), and i am pleased with it. Very basic room but comfortable. Appreciate the shared toilet is just accross the room and that the TV has various channels to choose.

Great location, so close to Kings cross station or St Pancras International (Eurostar). There’s also Burger King and a bank. Our room were very clean every time we returned back for the night. At times it can be noisy as there are lots of people and tourists around but it didn’t affect our family. Our room was very warm during the cold winter.

The room was very small but I guess that is normal in London. The place was clean, I had no allergy issues. The staff was great in accomodating a room earlier for me, which was great because I had just traveled internationally and had no sleep, I was falling asleep in the lobby waiting. Excellent location

Ideal hotel, literally 2 mins walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras. Very welcoming reception staff, and cases stored before check in and placed in our room. Room was clean with small sink and tea/ coffee making facilities. We were only able to get a room with shared bathroom but this was no issue at all
