Quarto horrível. Escada íngreme e perigosa, principalmente para idosos, para acesso à cama de casal na parte de cima. Teto muito baixo, obrigando a andar curvado. (ver fotos) Na parte de baixo um sofá cama de casal péssimo. Nós éramos em 4 pessoas, sendo 3 idosos. Só tinha louça para 3 pessoas. Pedimos a troca do quarto, mas não conseguimos. Tentaram nos cobrar um valor que já tinha sido pago, mas depois se resolveu. Limpeza precária, banheiro pequeno, velho e fedorento. A descrição no Hotel.com não corresponde à realidade. A localização é excelente com transportes públicos perto. Não indico a ninguém esse hotel.

Bon rapport qualité prix mais...

Bon rapport qualité prix. Des choses cependant à améliorer. L'immeuble n'est pas dans un très bon état d'entretien. Toilettes sales et l'eau coulait très lentement dans le lavabo. Pas de double vitrage. Le chauffage d'appoint ne suffisait pas assez. Pas de couette supplémentaire.

Picture looks lovely and cozy, unfortunately it was old and dingy. Bathroom, you could not even move much and no exhaust fan inside the bathroom/toilet. Felt uncomfortable to sleep in a black sofa bed that when we moved the bed it was awful dusty and dirty. I hope they will fix and do major renovation and cleaning of this unit for their future client comfort .

After we've fully paid,we have been promised by the support staff to receive the check in details in the morning on the day of our arrival,eventually all the info had been sent to us 30 minutes before the check in after we had to make few chasing telephone calls.The property was not very welcoming,old and rough staircase, which could be easily improved by a bit of effort. The room was clean and tiny, just enough for a couple for one night. The bathroom was clean, but had a bad smell and again with bit of effort, the impression could be different. We found the kitchen corner with hob, oven and big fridge absolutely unnecessary for the size of the room. There was a little balcony attached to the room / access though the window/ it was full of rubbish, cans and cigarette' ends. Looks like the owner is really relaxed about it all. Overall we had a great time in London,thanks to the event we attended.

The aparthotel is a great concept but poorly managed after check in issues we had a good room in a great location however the issues at check in were not acceptable. Arriving in the evening off an international flights got to an unclean room beds unmade place not cleaned unwashed bedding and towels from the previous guest . Issue took 3 hrs to resolve after which we were relocated to a good room the location was excellent

N3 Small Clean Studio Flat

I stayed in flat N3 for one night as I was in London on business. The flat is a centrally located, small studio flat, with a double bed that was very comfortable. Sheets and pillows and a very snuggly blanket were provided. The kitchenette was simple - has a fridge and a microwave plus some cutlery, bowls etc and was perfect for my needs. The bathroom is also small but again very clean and the shower was good, towels were provided, along with toilet paper and soaps. The host was slow in sending me checking in details and I did have to go through Hotels.com to get them to contact me, but when they did they were friendly and helpful and the instructions provided were very easy to follow and I had no problems finding the place - check in is via a lock box so easy to use. There is a TV which has satellite channels, but the reception was a little hit and miss, but for me that wasn't an issue. There are double doors out into a small garden, which looked very pleasant. The flat was a little cold, it is a basement flat, but there were heaters and fan provided - and that snuggly blanket was lovely. Initially I was worried from other reviews the place wasn't real, but it is real and it's nice, you just might need to chase for the check in details 24 hours before you get there. I would stay again if I was in London for business as the location is nice and central and the price was reasonable.

Fake hotel, do not stay here!

This hotel is fake. When trying to contact hotelscom to solve the issue, they also did not help, which was very disappointing. Now hotelscom is also trying to prevent me from publishing this review.
