Basic room. Renovated bathroom but tiles are already coming off the walls. Water ceiling damage to the room with water leak marks down the walls. Fine for 1 night.

Cheap (for London) and not really cheerful. My room faced the busy road, meaning sirens were blaring at regular intervals. One of the towels had a red stain on it. But remarkably it had a fridge! For this, it got an extra star. In a normal town where prices are not dictated by London prices, this hotel would be £15. But needs must and you get what you pay for. I didn’t die or contact a disease (I hope) and the location was good for me. Would I stay again? If I had to yes. But hopefully not.

Felt peaceful and safe. No noise or aggro from other guests. Staff member who met me at front door was delightful. Not the most aesthetically pleasing place but I was happy with that given the low price. No on site staff so was worried about locking myself out at night. Fridge in the room was useful. Bathroom was nice. Convenient location for shops, takeaways and transport links. No complaints.

My stay at the hotel was okay. The room was clean and the staff were polite. It wasn’t anything exceptional, but it was a decent place to stay for a short visit. Overall, I had an average experience.

Short walk to many locations. Nice area to walk between hotel and Holland Park where I went. Shops and restaurants opposite, polite and helpful staff. I was treated with dignity and respect as a female solo traveller, there was someone at reception when I arrived, I met the cleaner and I had fans and a fridge in my room which was great in the hot weather.

Shops near by owners were lovely but had stains on sheets cracked and moulded walls and should let people know how many stairs there are to room windows were dirty and one blind needed sticky tape to keep down

The host was lovely, the room was filthy. It was a budget hotel, staying for work so I didn’t expect luxury but there’s no excuse for poor cleaning standards. At the age of 44 I played floor is lava and slept in my clothes!
