Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice and gave the information I asked for. The bathrooms were in good condition apart from the walls. Fair price for what you get.
When I arrived at the hotel there were a few things missing from the room (due to a new cleaning company who had just been employed) but the EXCELLENT staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and quick to rectify all of the issues straight away. This AMAZING service really made the difference from staying in a basic hotel to a great experience. Special thanks to Manny and his team for being such kind, polite and helpful people throughout my stay.
The room was small, but comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotless. The only negative is that the bed had a big dip in it, making the sleep not as comfortable as it could have been.

Small singel room have all i need .
walking distans to underground station and city.
We travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels around the world. We’re not hotel snobs, but we do appreciate the comfort that 4- and 5-star properties usually provide. On this occasion, we had a meeting in London and didn’t want to spend over £400 for one night, so we decided to stay at the Plaza Hotel in Hammersmith instead.
On arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who explained everything we needed to know. The room itself could definitely use some modernisation. However, our main issue was the bed—it was extremely hard, and as a result, we barely slept, which wasn’t ideal before an important meeting.
Overall, it’s fair to say you get what you pay for. After this experience, we’ve agreed that we’ll stick to 4- or 5-star hotels in the future. Of course, this is just our personal opinion—others may have a different experience.

Cheap stay
Cheap hotel, service was good. Toilet seat didn't fit the toilet properly but that was fine. Couple marks in the loo again not too much of an issue. There was a hair in one of the beds but it wasn't much of a problem. The Tv was broken but didn't hinder the usage. The lovely gentleman in reception had reduced the price for me which was kind of him. Main concern is the room was downstairs which didn't have a light until you got too the rooms. Maybe it might be worth getting a light installed as I can forsee an accident happening.
Proximity to public transport was good but it seemed as if only the linen had been changed and the room had not been cleaned. The bathroom and refrigerator were both mouldy, the walls dirty, the floors not well vacuumed and the areas beneath and around the bed and walls were very dusty.

Good if working and sleeping Shops/facilities. 🙂
Basic. Price okay if can get lower rate. Fine for transport links and safe area if leaving early morning.
Need to travel for work again soon and was just going to book again.
Room a little warm at times but fan provided.
Reception man was pleasant and friendly in his manner .
TV was not getting reception but I never needed and could have asked about it.
We stayed at this hotel during a heatwave and since we got a room on the top floor and the room had no AC we could barely breathe in there, let alone sleep. One of the two windows were broken and could not be opened. The room and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned and the carpet needs changing. The staff were really friendly and tried their best to help us feel more comfortable, provided us with an extra fan in the room for instance. After the heatwave passed it was ok to sleep there. All in all not the worst hotel I've been in but certainly not the best. Location was really good, but the street just outside was very busy until late. I think every ambulance and police car in town drove past there. At least it felt like that. WESTFIELD shopping mall was close, walking distance from hotel. You only had to pass what we ended up calling the "Marijuana park" on the way there. Lots of weed-smoking people in the area. If you can look and smell past that, it was a nice area:)
If you're looking to enjoy your stay in London, don't stay here. The rooms are tiny, kitted out with a disgusting full size fridge, scale ridden coffee and a bathroom with bloodstains.
I could have forgiven some issues if the room was clean, but it looked like even that was a stretch too far to expect. We stayed one night, any longer we'd have gotten our money back and gone elsewhere.
The bathrooms look as though they have recently been renovated, however, not looked after or cleaned. The bathroom is also tiny, to the point you can not move between the toilet and the shower.
This hotel also advertising self-parking on site, but there are no spaces, not even pay and display, resident parking only.
Beds just about bearable, staff very friendly, but:
Shower moldy, sink drain clogged, lamp by the bed torn out of the wall, refrigerator moldy, room door leaking and noisy. recommended!
Beds were so dirty, insects ate up my body I woke up with multiple bites, rashes and sever allergy, bought ton of allergy pills and hydrocortisone ointment 3 days later and still not getting better. Booked 4 nights, left after two only. Stay away I warned you. I will follow up with expedia to get a refund.
