Pro: 1. the location is very good (few minutes away from the central line) 2. the staff are friendly. Con: 1. the staff is not always reachable (Try to contact the front desk around from 1900 to 2000, but no one answer the phone) and difficult to reach (the phone number in Google map is not the front desk’s number) 2. we booked a room for two people but they only offered one key. 3. The bathroom is very tiny, cannot even turn around 4. The bathroom use motion detector switches, therefore it is possible that the light would turn off itself when you are still using the bathroom or the light would no turn on when you enter 5. The bathroom is a little bit dirty, there are mould. 6. The bathroom has no place to hold your clean clothes or towels, there is no hook or handle. 7. The room is not fully clean when I first moved in, there is water in the kettle, there is hair on the bed, there is rubbish beside the bin 8. The Wi-Fi service is horrible, it is not stable, you may disconnect when you are using it and sometimes you cannot even found it. 9. The room is a little bit small, cannot fully open my suitcase. 10. The TV is a 24 inches monitor with cable which does not fit the description in their website. 11. The sheets, quilts, pillows, all the bedding have stains on it, not so sure they are clean or not. 12. Even the sign on the door is not stick accurately 13. The room is a little bit noisy, loud music would be played by neighbour at night (and you cannot find staff to solve t

The only good thing I can say about this hotel was the young man at the reception desk that was extremely helpful and nice otherwise there’s nothing good to say about this place. The housekeeping was a joke as they would only remove your used towels and replace it with clean ones. The room was extremely dirty, no toilet paper, no clean sheets and for the price we paid it wasn’t worth it at all. Had we known about the condition of this place we wouldn’t have booked it at all.

Excelente ubicación, fue muy fácil moverme del hotel a donde quisiera. Las calles nunca se sintieron inseguras aun de noche. El personal de la recepción fue muy amable y atento cuando llegue. Las instalaciones eran de esperarse por el precio. Mi única queja que es el baño huele muy mal y la almohada que me dieron estaba demasiado dura.

The room was very small with few amenities. The bed was extremely hard. It felt like we were staying in a hostel. Was under the impression at the time of booking that breakfast was provided and was not. The key for the door was very difficult to use. The room was so hot we had to leave the windows open which let in the light and felt slightly unsafe and made sound travel. Could hear the shower running in the next room. It was a quick walk to the underground through an area that was slightly dodgy. We could get to any of the attractions in about 30 minutes. The upscale Westfield shopping centre was right across the street. The people at the front desk were kind and polite. It’s not a bad place to stay, just know what you’re getting!

Decent for access to tube and trains, shopping is great. No breakfast and a bit noisy for us. The Wi-Fi was not as good as I'd like. I'm a stickler for good wi-fi.

Scelto perché più economico visto che non é esattamente centrale ma ben collegato, ha almeno tre stazioni di metropolitana a pochi passi, compresa la central Line che ti porta direttamente in centro senza cambiare e che é anche notturna. Di fronte ha inoltre il centro commerciale più grande d’Europa e lo é davvero! Bagno in camera, che per noi era fondamentale, camere piccole ma pulite. Staff super gentile. Ritornerei

Won't be booking again!!!

It is so close to Westfield ....... is probably the most positive thing i can say about the place !!! Checking in was a breeze and i get that you need to see ID but not sure that GDPR states that you are allowed to take a picture of it on your phone ? i am just waiting for the email to say i have been cloned somewhere ? room was on the lower ground floor with two tiny windows that were open when I got there , I am guessing to try and get rid of the horrible smell that lingered in the room . the two single beds looked like they had been taken from the local hostel and probably the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever tried to get to sleep on which I might add I didn't get too much of with the constant noises all night The toilet smelt worse than the main room and the annoying auto on/off light came on when you got anywhere near the door was a nightmare .The frosted glass on the window didn't make up for having no blinds and luckily there was nobody walking past as I was in there. the black mould on the ceiling didn't give off great vibes either after trying to get some sleep I gave up and left earlier than I needed to the next morning i am sorry I couldn't be more positive about this place but unfortunately I think that it needs a major overhaul to meet any sort of standard

Great Location and Price

My son and I stayed for one night to attend a football match at QPR. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs, and the price was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

This place is awful. There’s no air conditioning, and the windows don’t even open so I can air it out. The ceilings are terrible short - a tall guy such as myself cannot even stand up straight. No hot water in the shower, the bathroom stinks like there’s a sewage backup, and there’s a storage in the room with a broken door displaying bags of the hotels belongings crammed in here. It’s a top floor room with no lift and it’s terribly hot. I could add more but that should give you an image. I honestly feel like I should be given a full refund for this room - it truly is THAT bad.

This is a great selection for a basic place to lay your head, shower, and rest. It is no frills, but 3 blocks from the Picadilly line and right across the street from the Mall. The front desk man is very helpful and kind. I would stay here again, especially for the low price they offered.

Mostly good

This was cheap and cheerful - as advertised. Problem was that there were not enough bedclothes on the bed and there were no additional blankets in the room. It's too late to fix this in the middle of the night when you realise you're too cold.
