London bolt-hole - ideal

Allowed us early check in and to leave tour car parked for several hours after check in. Neat, tidy and a good price. Easy access location for tube into central London. Friendly and helpful. Will book again when next down in London

Reasonable value

I chose this hotel as it was quite close to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park where the start of the Prudential Ride London 100 cycle sportive was to take place. By the relatively late time that I entered there was not a lot of choice nearby. Some of the reviews seemed unfavourable, leaving me a little concerned. However, I found I need not have worried. We managed to get one of the limited number of parking spaces, which helped with unloading all the bike gear. In all we met three receptionists and they were all friendly and helpful. It must be said that our twin bed en-suite room was small with barely enough room for the bike, but it was clean, quiet and comfortable and provided for our needs. There was plenty of piping hot water. We didn't sample the breakfasts. The hotel's position a ten minute walk from Leytonstone Underground made it convenient for my wife and I to get to and from Stratford and London. It should not be compared with big, expensive hotels, but it proved to suit our needs well and could be considered good value in view of its location.

Das Hotels in den London nicht die besten sind, war mir schon bekannt, aber so schlecht hatte ich nicht erwartet. Kein Service. Muffig, total durchgelegene und dreckige Matratzen. Komplette Baustelle.

Déconseillé

Points positifs: wifi gratuit, proximité avec station de métro, quartier calme, proprio donne des conseils et des prospectus. Points negatifs: impossible de dormir car il y a beaucoup de bruit tard le soir ou tôt le matin (5h/6h!) Très chaud dans l'hôtel et peut d'aération! Une petite fenêtre donnant sur une façade donc pas d'air qui rentre! La chambre passe encore mais la douche commune est une horreur:sale, des poils et pas de pression d'eau. L'hôtel ressemble à un squat: une dizaine d'amis du proprio y vivent et font vraiment comme chez eux. Ce n'est pas très rassurant de laisser ces affaires dans la chambre. L'hôtel etait en travaux donc pas top ... : matelas et autre déchets dehors dans l'allée pas d'accès à certaines pièces. Peu de contact avec le "personnel". Quelqu'un etait la pour l'accueil et le payement mais les autres jours et le jour du départ personne! Le mode de payement est étrange... on doit mettre notre numéro de compte comme assurance puis on paye sur place ... je conseil de demander une preuve du payement notamment si vous payez par cash comme nous car cela me semble bien facile de dire que le payement n'a pas été fait ! Je vais vérifier de ne pas être débiter sur mon compte dans les semaines prochaines!

Clean and tidy shame about the noise

Hotel was clean and comftable. And a cheap price. Only problem was walls and floors paper thin. Kids running about banging doors till 10pm And after that a group of adults presumably the owners friends and family banging about chatting and playing music till 1am. Didn't sleep too great to be honest.

Was ok, bare basics but comfy enough.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very basic, no kettle, teas or coffee etc. Location is good for transport as buses and underground are close by so it made my stay very easy to get around London. Would recommend for a roof over your head for a night or two. Only a couple of miles from Stratford too so it's handy if you are going to any events nearby. Had no issues with regards to security of items either, CCTV in site so felt safe.

Basic Hotel if you want a room in Leytonstone

Cheap and clean. Staff friendly and helpful on check-in. Good Wi-Fi connection. Parking is free, but for 4 cars only. Use of kitchen (cooker, microwave, etc.), dining room, sun room and (well maintained) garden included. Free tea and coffee available in the kitchen.

Svært at finde, også for taxachaufføren. Guide til nærmeste Underground var mangelfuld. Morgenmaden var toast, smør, syltetøj og kaffe, godt der er et stort udbud af spisesteder inde i London. Radiator larmede hele natten, på værelset stod man ovenpå en slags rist/kapsel af metal, kunne mærked under gulvtæppet. Næsten igen lys på værelset. Et hotel de burde være betegnet som et Hostel.

En la página lo ofertan con desayuno incluido, pero al llegar al "hotel" no tiene tal servicio, solamente me informa que hay una cocina que puedo utilizar. Espero sean más precisos al detallar lo que incluye la estadía.

Girls night out.

You really get what you paid for, the room was dirty,smelling of cigarette. We checked in at around 2pm the shower room was dirty, couldn't take a shower after a long drive. We had to knock ourself out with alcohol before sleeping because of a smelling carpet.

Außen hui innen pfui.

Das Hotel ist von außen sehr schön. Zwei alte Häuser, die zu einem zusammengefügt wurden. Das Haus hat echt Potential. Überall ist Stuck an den Decken, die U-Bahn ist nicht weit und die Gegend ist ruhig. Soweit so gut. Das Hotelteam ist sehr nett, stellen einem Nebensächlichkeiten wie Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Steckdosenadapter zur Verfügung. Doch die Duschen gehen garnicht. Die Wände schimmeln, habe einen 2 cm dicken, weißen Flaum. Es sind Gemeinschaftsduschen. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist gut ausgestattet, aber es riecht im gesamten hinteren Teil des Hauses, darunter auch die Küche extrem nach Schimmel. Länger als zwei Nächte hätte ich es nicht ausgehalten. Es war zwar ein Spottpreis pro Nacht, aber dennoch. Ich hätte für mehr auch mehr bezahlt.
