The hotel was very comfortable and with a small selection of breakfast. Overall was quite good for my stay. The downside was there is no elevation to go into the hotel. But it was not too bad only a few stairs.

Les chambre standard sont relativement petites. Emplacement tranquille, mais un peu loin des grandes attractions principales qui sont accessibles en bus en + ou - 1 heure à peu de frais. Bon petit déjeuner. Bon rapport qualité prix pour Londres.

Fab hotel. Friendly staff and beautiful furnished room. Only a few things that were an issue. The TV had a signal issue and did not work. There was faulty light in the bathroom which made the bathroom extra dark. Breakfast was great, beautiful garden to sit in the morning. Would stay again

A much more impressive hotel and room than we expected from some reviews, but we did notice basement rooms too which perhaps are less grand. Number 1, by the door had tall ceilings, a mini kitchen area, a huge walk in closet (perfect for the suitcases if you're staying more than overnight) and the ensuite while small was fully refurbished and very clean. We had booked a twin but unfortunately the message hadn't been passed to the hotel but they sent a team almost immediately to rectify the bed situation. Great service. The receptionist was friendly and helpful too. Breakfast downstairs was pleasant but with definite room for improvement on the qualiity of some items. And I'd also prefer to be able to cool the room further than the pre-set temp. We were rather warm overnight. Overall tho', much MUCH better than many other hotels at the same price point.

The breakfast was good and the area was nice. We were early and the staff got us into our room quickly. There was transportation close and restaurants close but unfortunately the staff was not a great help on how to get around. A suggestion would be to have a map of the area that they could write on to show where things are and maybe instructions on the bus routes and subways.

Das kleine hübsche Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, nicht direkt in der Stadtmitte aber mit der Bahn kann man schnell dahin kommen. Außerdem gibt es in der Umgebung viele gute Restaurants, Cafes und Cocktail Bars. Der Empfang und das Personal waren immer freundlich. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein aber schön. Sie wurden jeden Tag gereinigt, sogar am Sonntag. Auch das Bad war klein und sauber, allerdings war vor der Dusche keine Tür und die Handbrause nicht verstellbar, was dazu führte, dass das Bad jedesmal bis zur Toilette vollkommen nass war. Die Betten sind leider nur 1,40 m breit. Ich finde, das sollte in der Zimmerbeschreibung angegeben sein. Frühstück naja, vielleicht für englische Verhältnisse normal. Cappuccino und Kakao konnten wir nicht trinken. Alles in allem war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
