I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.The hotel environment was clean, comfortable and excellent.I would especially like to praise the two staff members, at the reception ,one name is Asif and second name is kalam.Their attitude was very polite, friendly and professional.They were very cooperative at every stage during check-in and check-out and took care of my all needs.Their smiles, good manners and helpfulness made my stay more memorable.I thank them both from the bottom of my heart and congratulate the hotel management for such an excellent staff.I will highly recommend this hotel to others.

Okay room, nothing special but was clean. Was missing a remote for the tv but reception was straight on it and found me one. Bed was hard as were the solid pillows so didn’t have a particularly comfortable night. Saying that, it’s better than most other Ilford hotels of similar. Free breakfast is a plus although I didn’t hang around for it.

The room only had a kettle and some cups for tea. During our stay here last year there was a small fridge in the room but not this time. There are a few shops around and it is a decent location because it's close to bus stops and the tube station.

Hotel location, size & condition of apartment and all hotel services staff were very good, specially Kamal was very friendly and helpful at reception desk. Complimentary breakfast was bonus as I wasn’t expecting it. I would recommend it to family of 4 to 6 people, if you can compromise with one bathroom. I would more likely rebook again in future. All the staff were polite helpful and really welcoming especially the gentleman whom checked us in , the room was really clean and bathroom also clean the shower was perfect .the rooms and hotel is warm and cosy and for the price this is a really good hotel to stay in there is also a free complimentary continental breakfast which was good .There are a lot of shop and train station close by .
