La verdad, el hotel estaba muy limpio. El personal fue muy amable y muy atento, nos hicieron favor de resguardar nuestras maletas tras hacer el check. Out, El desayuno está muy completo y el hotel está ubicado en una zona céntrica. La cual permite llegar a las zonas turísticas de manera fácil en transporte público.

Great hotel, convenient location right near a bus stop that took us to all the attractions we wanted to see. The rooms are small but very clean and exactly what we needed. The breakfast for £8 was delicious and we really enjoyed the unlimited tea and coffee options available. Would stay here again!

Gute Lage. Wir hatten ein premium Zimmer das leider im Kellergeschoss war und dementsprechend kein Fenster hatte. Dafür hatten wir eine sehr gute Klimaanlage und das Hotel ist in Summer sehr modern.

Rooms are tiny but well designed. A little hard if you have a lot of luggage. Only opened 2 months when we were there and the digital check in was a bit rocky. Otherwise, great location and very clean and modern.

Das Zimmer wird nicht standardmäßig jeden Tag gereinigt, nur nach Anfrage bei der Rezeption, das gilt auch für den Handtuchwechsel. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gering - Eier, Speck, Bohnen, Brot, Joghurt und etwas Obst, das wars. Service war sehr gut. Lage fanden wir auch top. Alles in allem vier von fünf Sternen und für den Preis absolut okay.

Lit très confortable, literie et oreiller. Bonne grandeur de chambre. Personnel très courtois. Bien insonorisé mais on peut entendre la douche des autres chambres, ce qui est commun, sur rue très tranquille. Bon déjeuner et complet. J’aurais apprécié quelques items additionnels dans la chambre: boîte de mouchoir, une poubelle dans la chambre en supplément à celle dans la salle de bain. Séjour de 4 jours, bien localisé, proche de plusieurs différentes lignes de métro et bus à la sortie de l’hôtel. Juste dommage d’avoir à payer 15 lires pour avoir la chambre plus tôt que l’heure du check in alors que la chambre est prête.

Even though the room was small it was comfortable for two people. I do with the heat pump /ac unit would have a fan that continues to run as it can get warm without a window. What was disappointing was the lack of extra pillows and blankets. When we asked about extras they said they didn't have any because they are booked solid. Ended up using some extra towels as pillows. Not the most comfortable option, but they did the trick.

It was a small room but I did not want for anything. There was a pull out draw under the bed which fitted my (medium size) suitcase. This meant I could open my suitcase, leave it open, with easy access to everything and then, with ease, slide it under the bed out of the way, leaving the room looking neat and tidy. I now want this in every room I stay in.

Leider fehlt ein Schreibtischstuhl, Platz is dazu wohl zu eng. Auch auf die Bitte, eine Möglichkeit zu finden (wichtig für Geschäftsreisende) war keine Lösung gefunden. Schade, sonst ist alles gut, das Personal sehr freundlich.
