Clean friendly and in a good location, comfy bed, tea and coffee in room and breakfast included all for a decent price. Cool little bar on the main street under the hotel too. And a short walk from the the tube.

This was by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. This hotel is over due for a full renovation. The carpet in the hall away is very old with stains and rips and smelled bad. The room was beyond basic. There was no shower soap and the towel where stained ripped. The bathroom was extremely dated. The grout in the floor tiles was missing in spots and pipes/pluming look like it was done by an inexperienced family member ( cutting cost). The heat didn't work well , so the room was always cold. Please don't be fooled by the pictures posted. In addition, there was never anyone at the front desk. And since there was no in room phone , you would have to go to the front desk and ring a bell and wait about 15 minutes for someone to show up. They stressed that you NEED to check out before 11am. Wasn't a good experience at all.

Very basic amenities and in reality this property is far away from the pictures that are posted on the booking sites. I had a room on the street side and on early mornings I was able to hear all traffic noise almost like there wouldn't be any window. For such a very basic amenities this accommodation is overpriced. And on the positive note the mattress was good and hotel staff was friendly.

ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーで親切だし、部屋も広くて快適です。 朝食も充分だし、立地もいいです。エミレーツスタジアムには徒歩で行けるのでとても便利。 ただ1つエレベーターがなく、狭い階段を使ってスーツケースを運ぶのはちょっと大変です。

This property is grossly misrepresented in the listing. The hallways, stairs, and carpet are in dangerous disrepair. The room was not clean - bug in the bed, bed not made, last visitor's dishes still in the room, no soap or towels. I got in very late and was exhausted and the room had not been cleaned. In the morning when I got to the lobby, it was full of construction crews and equipment, including dangerous tools and ladders scattered around and blocking ingress and egress. They also neglect to mention that the disco on their first floor is not only loud and raucous but causes all manner of late night yelling and partying outside the property. I had people outside my window screaming profanities all night long. I consider this degree of misrepresentation to be fraudulent. Needless to say I did not stay the remainder of my three-night stay, and although the hotel did refund my future booking, they did not refund the two nights from this booking that I didn't use due to the disastrous and terrifying experience of the first night.

Okay but not worth over £100

Okay place to rest your head but considering it was over £100, it was disappointing. Marks on the walls, carpet held together with tape, weird stain on ceiling of room, hard mattress and pillows, WiFi signal not great, floor uneven, asked for double bed and got two small doubles (not bad but still) and breakfast was pretty bog standard (no bacon, eggs etc). However shower was good, bathroom clean, sheets clean, tv signal good, friendly staff. Seems like it needs a complete refurbishment. Pretty outdated, probably needs all new things but I wasn’t going to complain considering it was only one night. Not worth over £100 I paid. Wouldn’t come here again.

Just horrible stay away

Stayed at this hotel after being stranded due to the power issue at Kings Cross station, if I’ve known it was that bad I would’ve slept on a park bench. It would’ve been more confortable and cleaner.

Small hotel, nice room

Check-in area was really small and undergoing building work. Staff apologised for the mess, and checked us in within seconds. Stair carpets thread bare and trip hazards were several changes in flooring en route to our bedroom. Room was nice and clean with large bed and nice soft furnishings. Breakfast was continental style but included within the price. Property is about 150 metres from the Caledonian Road tube station.

I liked my room. The building looked derelict with tape across the front window, on a couple of the stairs and the carpet was filthy! Breakfast was disappointing and only had it for 1 morning. There was no toiletries in the room. Also 1 night I was awoken by slamming doors and loud talking. I'm not staying here again. I wish I could ask for my money back!

Hotel needs overhaull. Staff freindly but appearance on arrival terrible. Broken front window, shabby carpets inside. No wifi in rooms as stated. No water slippers or hairdier either as stated. Room ok but rubbish left under beds. Hotels.com you need to update your description of this hotel
