Mr Khurram on reception welcomed with smile and was very friendly and helpful with check in process.
Breakfast has gone terrible this time, less choice and not impressive as it use to be few years ago, frequent traveler and often chose this hotel over others but very disappointed with the breakfast this time.

Unfortunately, we had a 'laid in' so missed breakfast. The bed was too comfortable.😊
Must mention that the window was quite dirty, the sink was cracked, shower head needs attention and better bins needed in the bedroom and bathroom.
Despite the above, I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Sapphire Hotel. Friendly staff and atmosphere, so would definitely stay again when in London.😊
