It was perfect for one night stay. So close to the tube station. The room was clean and sufficient for our stay. The only thing is that it would not be suitable for anyone who has mobility issues.

Great flat nr tube and local services. Very clean, quiet and safe. Everything worked well, including great hot shower. Good communication with hosts about check in and wifi. Did get warm, so suggest a room fan.

Stayed here for 2 days. Wasn't really clean there was hairs on the bed hairs behind the bathroom door and also under bed wasn't clean either also the chair is broken and tips to one side. Other than that the location was really good food and transport. But if you are leaving early then downstairs door is locked so need to bring your keys.

The hotel is located a 15-minute journey from St. Pancras International, which is a direct underground connection. We were surprised by the lack of a reception desk. We received an email beforehand with instructions on how to access the hotel and our room. This went quite smoothly, and we had no problems. Once inside, we found a neat room. Two single beds, neatly made, as requested. The room was clean and everything looked quite new. The bathroom was also excellent. It is a little noisy; we could hear the people next door a bit talking, but it wasn't really bothersome. We were not bothered by any noise from outside, even though we were here in the weekend. In short, we had an excellent stay.

If you have an event at finsbury park, this is the place to stay..the rooms are a good size, beds very comfortable and bathroom well equipped. 2 minutes from tube station and 5 minutes from finsbury park. Owners were lovely when lovely. Only thing is they only had 2 pods of milk! So only enough for 1 drink each. However thats the only thing that was wrong. They rest was perfect. Peaceful nights sleep. Great fan to keep is cool. Highly recommend. Thank you Finsbury Rose for a lovely, relaxing stay.

Room was well sized and obviously newly fitted. Bed comfortable. Would rate very highly except for few issues, namely location is on a road which was busy at times, room very hot and no fan - windows open but if hot/noisy outside not much use. TV has no aerial so normal terrestrial channels not available. Noise from other guests also an issue. Shame as otherwise could be a decent alternative to the expensive chains in the area.

Fire exit

The room is clean and comfortable so no issue with that. The problem I have is I tried exiting the property at 6:30am only to find the inside downstairs door was locked and I wasn't issued with a key. This is the only exit on the premises and marked as a fire escape. In a fire I would have been dead! I work in the industry - fire doors should NEVER require a key for egress! The property contact mentioned they would ring me about this but haven't so they should sort this out ASAP!
