I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and this was by far was the worst. It was dirty the staff were exhausted and even told guests that they had been working since 5am and tired. The place needs a good makeover and had holes in the walls and doors were rotting in the bathroom. At 1am we were woken up to a lady screaming slamming doors.

The AC did not work properly, it seemed like it was from the stone ages. The fan they provided was rubbish too. The lobby had no AC, it was extremely hot and staff were very slow.

Assez décevant. La douche a cessé de fonctionner pendant le séjour, on en a informé la réception qui n’a même pas pris notre numéro de chambre. Une fois qu’on l’a donné, on nous a dis que quelqu’un serait envoyé, mais apparemment pas pendant notre séjour… Pas de service de chambre recouche, ne vous attendez pas à ce que les poubelles soient donc vidées pendant que vous êtes en ville. Je n’ai jamais vu ça ailleurs. Évitez d’aller manger à la pizzeria, vous économiserez votre argent, il y a plein d’enseignes autour pour manger, notamment au centre commercial. Bref, un hôtel qui dépanne mais pas de quoi s’éterniser plus de trois jours !

Stayed in an economy room in the sub basement. Room was fine. Wifi was terrible and got no cell service down there, so working online proved to be impossible during my stay. Hotel was very nice, but the separate elevator for those of us down in steerage was a bit demeaning, and connectivity was awful. Probably better if you’re in one of their rooms above ground.

The hotel was located well and had some beautiful restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are a little dated and the shower in our room was broken, kept falling down off the holder. But the staff were lovely, and overall we had a lovely stay.

Fly infested room, 3 different rooms upon check in. 3rd room had a dangerous spiral staircase and a shared balcony as i had upgrade week before to a suite. They completely ruined our special occasion. Due to danger of death for our 12 month old son with an open metal spiral staircase leading from room to the DOOR of the room only! We had to block it with furniture. They had no cribs available and he fell out of the bed on one occasion causing distress. The balcony is not secure as all guests in neighbouring suites have acccess to your bedrooms. The room was worn and dirty. The fire alarm was set off at 2am on the first night waking us and our baby up and meant we had no sleep the first night. Second night the flies started to appear and then the morning the room was full of flies. Disgusting hotel, incompetent staff and the central complaints team are equally as disgusting. i have videos and photos to back up all these claims and they will be shared far and wide!!! Expedia as always are awful and provide zero support, they should be ashamed of themselves allowing this hotel to be on their listings

Staff member who checked me in was so rude, extremely polite to the man before me who was dressed in a suit etc but when it came to me in my working clothes she was so so rude. Almost felt unwelcome. Also threw the room key on the desk with no clear directions to room and had to come back to ask another person as i got lost. Booked a double but got a twin 👍

the location is convenient for canary wharf and excel. The entrance and downstairs rooms are impressive. However upstairs the bedroom I stayed in on level 4 was very tired, As were the corridors. But the room was clean and well equip and the staff in the restaurants and front desk were very good.
