Beautifully clean and spacious room with a tiny en-suite bathroom in a great area, a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station. The bathroom looked brand new, and the sheets were crisp.

Liked: the new clean decor, the helpful staff who carried my suitcase up narrow stairs to the 2nd floor. There was a great choice of nearby restaurants & shops. Bower House is a 5 min walk from Victoria Coach Sation & 15 min walk from Victoria Station & Tube. Didnt like: the steep narrow staircase (Original Victorian Staircase carpeted), no air-con for the hotter weather, long hairs found in the bathroom, the toilet had been used & not flushed. Overall the stay was perfect for my needs

The room was very clean and comfortable. Small, but I knew that going in. (Plus, I was only there to sleep anyway.). The location was great, very walkable to Victoria Station.

The room was clean and well kept. The bathroom was fairly small but the staff was friendly. However, the first floor hallway did smell like algae from stagnant water which was a put off when entering. I traveled with a friend who had a room on the first floor and mine on the second floor. We checked and paid the same amount although her room was significantly larger than mine, she having at least a full size bed and mine having less than a twin size. You do have to ask for rooms to be refreshed or they won’t do it so I would suggest at least every other day.
