We stayed in the Annex building which was close by. The staff was amazing as there is no elevator, but they carried our luggage up to our room and brought it back down when we were checked out. They were very helpful in helping us get a taxi as well. Everyone was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for anyone going to the UK.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great especially at that price point. Good location and definitely felt safe to walk around and explore. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. No complaints and we would stay there again.

Great location, fantastic staff. Very clean and customer service was impeccable. The room size is incredibly tiny - bathroom / shower is minuscule. Room has no dresser or drawers for clothing. Very difficult to maneuver is such limited space

Excellent staff who were very helpful and friendly. The location was very central and I would recommend the hotel to anyone. The hotel was modern and clean and a great value considering the prime location. It was a 10 minute walk to Buckingham palace and the tube. If you like to walk, at most you are half an hour from most major sites.

Nice stay, beds comfy, room was pretty clean, ideal location, close to the Apollo Victoria theatre, Victoria station and about a 20-30 min walk to the Big Ben, London eye & Buckingham palace. Would stay here again :)

Location was convenient to Victoria station and lose to Sainsbury and to Tesco Express for drinks and snacks. The room was fairly clean and water pressure in the shower was. Good (though the shower could have been cleaner). We were in a room in the annex - very small and a fourth floor walk up of 75 steps so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Also the Annex is not attached - on a separate street and so not convenient if anything needed at the main building.

Perfect location for joining tours and dining options. Staff was very accommodating! We were there during May-June heat wave and the air conditioning was great!!! Breakfast was good and worth the money and convenience!! Everything was clean and in order. Eighty here again!
