The room was clean but many scuff marks on the walls. The bed is softer than firm which was the biggest plus. The staff were friendly and always available!!

Great location within a few minutes' walk from Earl's court tube. It's a quiet street and I heard no noise at night. The compact room was tiny but comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and staff were helpful. Having breakfast available and a bar was great for a small hotel. The room was small which was fine as we were only staying for 2 nights. It was really hot in London and the aircon in the room didn’t have a great output so was too hot to sleep even though we were in the basement. I would recommend providing it’s not too hot outside!

If you're not expecting a large room, it does the job well. I had a great night's sleep and woke up to the sound of birds singing. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is excellent—it's within the city, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful area.

Vielen Dank an alle

Unfortunately, bit of an issue at check in as no extra bed had been made available. The receptionist did sort it out, but a bit of an inconvenience. Air conditioning wasn't working, uncomfortable sleep with noisy fans that just circulated the warm air. Only 1 towel in room, more provided at 9.30pm. Not ideal and not receptionists fault, she was doing her best. Bathroom products were lovely, hotel was clean and smelt fresh, staff were friendly. Could be more fresh breads and gluten free options at breakfast. Great location, handy for underground and quiet area.
