Comfortable room with modern amenities. The check in was contactless, and the staff communicated effectively. Welcome gifts and other unexpected perks made the experience even more pleasant.

Perfect little spot for a night, tho we wished we'd stayed a bit longer. We appreciated all of the personal touches like the sandwiches and the complimentary treats. Word to other guests: please be considerate of others. Sound travels and some of y'all don't seem to realize there are other people in the vicinity.

This is a relatively small hotel in a good location handy for Kings Cross. But the thing that sets it apart is the attention to detail. My room was adequate sized with a little kitchen which was a surprise, but it was fitted with a great little fridge, great coffee machine and even had freshly make cucumber sandwiches on arrival. I don’t know if this is what happens for everybody, but I was also given a little gift from Tottenham and Masons as a welcome to the hotel. The room is really well decorated in a contemporary and looks style but my only criticism would be that the bathroom is tiny and the shower door needed some attention. I also think some form of heating in the bathroom is essential because when you get out the shower and it’s not warm weather you really notice the lack of warmth. Haven’t said that I would have no hesitation in coming back to this hotel or recommended it to any of my friends or colleagues.

It was quite the tiniest room I’ve stayed in but perfect for the solo traveller. And staff were exceptional. Greeted me for a bag drop off, left my bags ready for me when I got to the room along with a lovely, thoughtful welcome gift. And a tea trolley outside my door in the morning. Great location.

There were 3 mice and a rat in my room. They were coming out from under the fridge. I could hear them in the walls and see their droppings. My mattress pads was all chewed up and in tiny pieces from rodents. I messaged the “24 hour” phone number and it took more than 3 hours to get a response. I had to move rooms at 4am. I was up all night. In the next room, I saw a mouse coming out from under my bed. The first room was deep in a basement of an old house. It was very dark and did not have a window for egress. It didn’t feel safe or up to fire code. My whole experience was negative. I was up all night and having rodents in both my rooms was both disgusting and unsettling. Upon finally learning there were rodents in my room, I didn’t receive any apology, or any offer of refund. The only positive thing is that this is 3 minutes from Kings Cross. Unless you are desperate, please don’t stay here.

We absolutely loved everything about the Rokxy! The location is fabulous — just down the street from Kings Cross underground and St Pancras train station. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The best thing was the amenities at the hotel! The staff accepted our luggage before check in and delivered it to our apartment. When we got back to the apartment, they had left us a nice gift and cucumber ssndwichs. Each morning st 8:00 am they left a trolley outside our door with English Breakfast tea and snacks. Thanks to the wonderful staff, we felt pampered and taken care of. Next time I’m in London, this is where I will stay!

Good location, in a quiet, pleasant street, close to King’s Cross Station. The room was clean, comfortable and just as described. The fridge was useful and it was lovely to have ice cold water and other cold drinks and chocolate biscuits included gratis. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. What made my stay superlative were the helpful staff and extra touches, like taking my cases up to the room while I explored the area (as I arrived early), fresh sandwiches left in the room and a little welcome gift with handwritten note. A tea trolley is left outside each room at 8am too. Loved this! Recommended.

What a lovely hidden gem. ✨ From the moment we arrived, the team were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always on hand via WhatsApp and happy to help with bags, storage and all the small, thoughtful things that make a stay feel easy and relaxed. Nothing felt like a bother. Our room was beautiful. We stayed in their brand new property and everything, from the pink front door to the fabulous pillows, felt well considered and genuinely lovely. A special mention to Mike, who was particularly pleasant and helpful. We also loved the little touches: the handwritten notes, snacks on arrival, and the Fortnum & Mason gift. Waking up to the tea tray and newspaper delivery in the morning was such a treat. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend. 💛
