The only good thing about this hotel is the location, it’s in a nice, upscale area close to shops, restaurants, and bars. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing, the property isn’t well maintained, staff is minimal, and it’s hard to get help. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned, some electrical outlets didn’t work, and we had to request fixes right after arriving. We also booked a “city view” room but were placed in a basement facing the trash area. When we complained, the only response was that they were fully booked and couldn’t move us. Overall, it was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. I would not return or recommend this hotel.

Hotel is good, didnt have any interaction with staff on premises. Check-in is via a screen machine in lobby. Sheets lovely and clean and towels. Tea/coffee tray in room. Air conditioning worked well.

Just stayed 1 night for an early trip departure from Marble Arch so suited me. Small solo room had a bed, tv, kettle, fridge, heater which I used, aircon which I didn't need. The small bathroom had a toilet, basin, shower which was new and clean. Shower was small but you have to get in it and close the door to turn the shower tap on so it's a bit cold to get water started then good. Excellent value for the inexpensive price. I did have problems checking in so I called the customer service number and was able to get an entry card. Room was #1 in basement at front of building so a little bit of street noise with people walking past and traffic but quieter after 10.30 but slept well.

The location was perfect for what we needed, but the price we paid back in January was way too high for what we got at over £200 for one night. The room was supposed to be a Deluxe Double, it definitely was nowhere near a deluxe standard, more like economy. All the fixtures and fiitings were, at best, the cheap end of basic. In fact the whole property looked as if it had been refurbished for the absolute minimal cost. Positives: 1) Nice TV (but no batteries in the remote!) Fortunately the thoughtfully provided alarm clock contained batteries that we could use in the remote. 2) Lots of sockets and adapters. 3) Great WiFi. 4) Comfortable bed. 5) Quiet location. Negatives: 1) One of the blinds had a broken cord so it couldn't be raised. 2) UPVC window frame was filthy, a quick wipe with a cloth would easily have solved this. 3) Hair and traces of dirt in the shower. 4) No batteries in the TV remote. 5) The room had a generally 'grubby' feel about it as if it had been given a very minimal clean before we arrived. 6) The main door key entry pad is virtually impossible to see when the sun shines on it. Needless to say we wouldn't stay here again.

The room was perfect for a quick stay and in the perfect location for trains and shopping. The room I had probably needs a bit of a touch up with paint peeling. The self check in and check out was great and very easy to use. Over all for the price and location I can over look these blemishes in the paint. If I come back to London I hope there is a room free.

Good: To my surprise, the room came with a small heater and a mini-fridge (plus what looked like a portable air conditioner, though I didn't use it)—amenities even some "proper" hotels don't always offer. The en-suite bathroom was also very clean. Bad: Unfortunately, the washing machines on the property were out of order during my entire stay. The room itself could use a minor refurbishment as the walls look a bit worn. Overall, I’d say it’s a pretty good deal.

Room was bright, immaculate and had tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer and even an iron and ironing board. Ability to add heat or cool the room was good and lighting options were great. Had one issue with key card, called the number and someone came very quickly to resolve the issue. A fantastic find for a London get away.

Room was okay. Not spotless but pretty clean, room was well equipped as well. Check in process was confusing, would be much better to receive one email with all of the information up front instead of various emails with different pieces of information. Thankful for the employee who happened to be on property and was extremely helpful as using the contact number was completely unhelpful and extremely delayed. Amazing location but definitely a “budget hotel”. Good if your expectations are managed.

L'emplacement était parfait. Situé à proximité de la grande avenue célèbre d'Oxford street, à 4 min au pied de la station de métro Marble Arch. Il s'agit d'un petit hôtel, chambre petite mais très propre.
