Numa London Bloomsbury
"Property has no staff. Everything has to be done through the app. Normally it might be ok, but when things go wrong, you are chatting with someone online. I couldn’t get the light to turn off in the room because of some automation. Took them hours to get me to switch to a different smaller room."

Radisson Blu Hotel, London Tottenham Court Road
"Location-easy 3~4min walk from Tottenham court Rd station made our trip easy access to subway and shops around there. Staffs were very kind, room service was prompt, nice quality toiletries, and breakfast was nice. Overall, nothing to complain."
