"It was clean, staff was very helpful and answered our questions as far as how to get around to London. They also kept our luggage at their office until we got a room. They also let us into our room ahead of scheduled which was nice after our disembarkation from a long cruise. Breakfast was really good as well. Highly recommended it!"

"Lovely views and a comfortable stay. Room was very big and the shower was excellent. The fridge wasn’t working but was replaced straight away. Breakfast was great with a good choice of hot and cold food in the restaurant that had beautiful views of the harbour. Great location for exploring The Island.
