Lovely hotel, it was clean and tidy, the staff were all fantastic, every member of the team we spoke to was friendly, engaging and seemed a happy place to work! The place is spotlessly clean, our room was a little dated but still clean. Breakfast was great, good selection and nice quality. The only downside was being charged an additional £30 to use the spa for the weekend

This was my first time that I’ve stayed in a hotel on my own with my two children and I couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The welcome gift for the children was an amazing touch. They loved wearing the robe and slippers. The breakfast was lovely and staff super helpful. All in all a great hotel and will definitely return.

Lovely hotel, nice breakfast and beautiful garden with option to take a walk in the woods. Be aware if you don't book directly on the website, you will need to pay extra for spa and pool access which is a bit strange considering you are a guest in the hotel. Pool entry was also timed which is really not great but made sure there are no crowds in the pool.

Fantastic. Great start from checkin staff. The two girls (sacha and ?) were very welcoming and answered all questions and gave the kids ice cream vouchers which was awesome surprise for them. Breakfast was great and every single staff member was friendly and welcoming. Will stay again for longer next time and use the spa and pool next time.

6/10 一般般

Room was average, sheets dirty. Staff not the most helpful and very restrictive on spa usage. Everything is extra and yet super restrictive. Spa is on the other hand quite good and breakfast was decent. For the price, you’d expect staff to be a bit more helpful. No water bottles in the room, instead you have to use a communal water foundation and refill a bottle from your room…

The hotel is lovely. The staff can’t do enough and are always busy working, it’s clean and well kept. There was a little welcome pack for my son with snacks, games and toiletries in a really cute little bag. Really enjoyed the stay.

Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. We didn’t use the spa due to only staying one night and the extra charge as booked through Expedia but if book direct, it’s included. Breakfast was £16.95 and worth it. Great choice. Lovely outdoor seating area. Beds comfy. Bathrooms good. Quiet location. All was good.

Excellent amenities, close to Portsmouth and Fareham, Lidl over the road. Room was very spacious for a double it felt like a suite. Really nice added touches of robes and slippers, sleep masks and white company toiletries. Spa and breakfast were top notch.
