「Great experience」

「Toilet plumbing are broke 」

「Room was clean, breakfast was too crowded, so we ate somewhere else. Parking was fine and staff helpful.」

「Very clean. Bed was mildly comfortable. Hotel staff was a bit unhelpful especially at check in. Starbucks staff was super friendly and sweet but was not trained as a Starbucks barista. Which was fine, at least the coffee was fresh. Overall stay was fine and what we needed it for.」

「Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.」

I cannot give the hotel a 5 star rating purely because it is a middle tier hotel without the level of expensive quality and services provided at higher end hotels. Having said that, it is precisely what I needed (economical, comfortable, and meeting all of the basics) in the middle of a long and exhausting motorcycle trip.」
