「Every time I went to the desk, the girl was sitting in one of the massage chairs…she had an excuse for everything…the absolute worst part of the stay was NO ELEVATOR which the girl also had an excuse for…the hurricane and not being able to get parts…how long ago was the hurricane????… also, I asked for a room on the bottom floor and once again the excuse was “there were no bottom floor housekeepers for the day so no rooms were being cleaned”…」

「Went down for the breakfast at 9:00 that was supposed to be served from 6:30 - 9:30 and it was closed down. The attendant was sweeping up and the chairs were put up on the table. No breakfast, No coffee. The front desk person was not very friendly at check out. We won’t be going back.」

「I went there for my son’s birthday and before coming I looked at the previous reviews and you would think this property was amazing but that is NOT what I experienced.
