I did not like that we were on the 5th floor with a family that was staying for a family reunion. We were not a part of that group, but I think that they thought we were. There were a lot of fuss in the hallway, and also, we did not have access to clean towels. We were advised that the house keeping person that service our rooms did not work on weekends. So, we found someone else housekeeper and that how we got clean towels. Also, that group was at the pool was LOUD! Playing music and talking and singing until 10:00 that Saturday night. When we got there to check in, they told us we needed to pay a $50 service fee that will be refundable. As of today, that has not been done. Please advise me when and how long this will take. Thank you
