"Not so good for large groups.. went for a bday celebration with lots of people. Food is a bit sub par. No drink service at pool or beach. You get your own drinks. People/staff are nice. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Like. So. Beautiful…."

"When we arrived they didn’t have us in the system because the owner of the unit never let them know it was rented so from the get go we wasted a go of time until they figured that out. The unit needed maintenance to come 2 times for air conditioner not working and the ventilation fan needed to be fixed 2 times as well. A lot of time wasted and I tipped the maintenance people because they worked really hard and deserved even more than I could give. Concierge depending on who you dealt with were good but the manager of concierge Laura was horrible we were lied to about so many things mislead in so many ways. Wasted so much time being given the run around about misinformation and it took 5 days before we were told the truth about what grocery stores existed. We were lied to and taken advantage of with cabs but Air Force One is the best cab guy! And Johnny is the best in the world he takes care of arrivals bags etc! Love him so much! We both would go back just to see him! You can’t swim at the beach but it was a beautiful place! The pool at the top is amazing but bring your muscles and lungs in good shape because there are steps everywhere to do anything but golf cart drivers that are amazing too. Don’t do the stupid presentation thats when you get screwed. Just do the sunset cruise and pay the extra 26 bucks. Trust me the hell we dealt with doing that presentation kinda ruined it all at the end, take 3 hours to get to the airport to go home. We missed our flight"

"This was my first all inclusive and although the food was good, the description is deceiving. Breakfast is a buffet, dinner is a buffet, and bar food type things like mozzarella sticks and quesadillas are available to order.No room service.There is only one restaurant available at a time. Almost every time you go to place an order they were out of something. Drinks were probably the best I’ve ever had! The beach was disgustingly smelly and had 2 feet of sargasm on it, which they can’t control I guess but that was a huge disappointment. Ocean was beautiful but the beach was horrendous. So an all inclusive with very little food choices and you can’t use the beach or even get in the water. Oh and the pool was lovely but there were 500 bees at the bar so take your chances there! Bar staff were absolute perfection. Front desk people except one super rude girl were great!"

"The Murphy bed was uncomfortable it caused back ache pains. The airco in the living room wasn't working it ws hot we called maintenance he tried however it was not fixable in the night he said we had to wait until morning and we were already schedules to check out so that did not go well from the first night we encounter hot living room we thought it would be cool by evening and it wss too late to call to fix it. The tv had another issue the eminence person was abke ti fix that. The building ws very hard fo find there should be cleared signs to locate the room"

"Firstly we landed early. I tried to get an early check in and there was impossible. The room was indeed ready but still they made us wait until 4pm on the dot. When we finally got to our room there was no cold water. My boyfriend actually burned his hand with the boiling hot shower water. The front desk only suggestion was to give a refund (where else were we going to find a place to stay at with such short notice ) or change our room to the other building with no balcony or ocean view like I paid for. We settled for the new room. After 24 hrs , the “upgraded” room experienced problems. There was now no hot water and the WiFi and ac stopped working. There was one female front desk clerk that was very helpful. She kept us updated via WhatsApp. As far as the gentlemen he wasn’t so helpful. Didn’t communicate at all. Once we came back to our room late that night the problem still wasn’t solved. My boyfriend had to go downstairs and speak with the security and the security had to check behind the desk for a spare key for an emergency room for us. So throughout the whole trip we have to change rooms 3 times."
