「It was a truly terrible stay. The room was small and cramped, the air conditioning was uncontrolled, and the heat was too intense for a good night's sleep. There were so many homeless people nearby that I didn't dare go out for a walk. Even worse, they required check-out at 10:00 AM. I left a message saying my friend would pick me up at 11:00 AM and that the cleaners could come after 10:00 AM. I meant I could wait in the living room without interrupting the cleaning process. 「The staff was exceptional in providing me a beautiful suite with a gorgeous view of the Seattle skyline. I was there for my daughter’s kidney transplant surgery at Virginia Mason hospital so I very much appreciated the peacefulness the view provided. The room was clean, water was nice and hot for showers, the view was rejuvenating, and most of all the staff, including the Rho cafe, where friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in making our stay very pleasant. 」

「Good Part: The room is clean and well-prepared. There are several stores and restaurants nearby, and it’s not far from the bus station, which makes it easy to visit other attractions. Really like the inn! Not Good: My room didn’t have air conditioning. While a fan was provided and the temperature at night was manageable, I found it a bit uncomfortable as it doesn’t quite match my usual living preferences. 」

The first four rooms had unmade beds, piles of dirty laundry, and unclean bathrooms, clearly showing they had not been serviced or prepared for guests. The fifth room I was directed to was already occupied by another guest, which was alarming for both of us and represents a serious breach of guest safety and...

「I felt like I was at a home away from home. The complimentary, well, everything really, made it easy to live like I was back home but with all my friends I missed ever so much. Able to make home-cooked meals, reheat leftovers, plenty of space to accommodate us and our visitors, it heavily contributed to a fantastic vacation. The few issues were the rather uncomfortable seating options, the few things already damaged. A bowl had a corner chipped off, one of the forks looked... like someone...
