Room is more. than adequate, though there is a bit of noise from the AC unit and other guests. Parking is a potential consideration, as free spots can fill up leaving only 2 hr zone in the neighborhood (though it seems doubtful that is enforced)

The room and the whole place were spotlessly clean and curated. The kitchen and laundry were equipped with everything you need, which is key when travelling on the road — you actually get the chance to cook proper meals and feel at home! We had an issue with the digital lock, but the staff was extremely responsive. The only thing worth noting is parking availability: all spots are paid, and it's hard to find ones without a two-hour limit. Despite that, everything was perfect and I would recommend it!

had a wonderful stay here during my trip to Seattle. It was about a 43-minute walk to Pike Place Market, which worked well for me and gave me a chance to explore the city. The accommodations were clean, quiet, and felt very private, even with the shared communal spaces. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and affordable place to stay in Seattle.

Great location in the heart of Seattle. Walking distance to coffee shops and public transportation to get you anywhere you need to get to in Seattle. Different concept hotel with shared kitchen and living room. Private bedroom and bathroom. Free laundry available, they provide detergent which was amazing!! Parking could be difficult but we were able to find convenient and free parking on the street. Very nice neighborhood.
