「The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was lacking and it was probably one of the worst beds I’ve ever attempted to sleep in. Was lucky if I slept two hours total. 」

「Don't bother wasting your money at this hotel. It's dirty and noisy and full of construction workers who drink all night in the parking lot and leave their beer bottles strewn everywhere. Breakfast is garbage we walked in and walked right back out and went to Bob Evans. There was fruit flies swarming the fruit and filthy tables. The only reason we stayed here was because we passed our cancellation date for a refund. But take this warning from me and don't waste your money or time.」

「The staff was very friendly and the gym was adequate. When I arrived the elevator was broken and I was on the second floor so a staff member carried my bag up for me. In the morning a staff member used a key card to attempt tocome in my room stating he thought the room was empty (I had the locking lock on the door) the shower water temperature was lukewarm at best.」

「We are regular clients at IHG group hotels and we were not surprised and definitely not unimpressed at Holiday Inn, Birch Run. Everything slotted into place as normal making us feel "family". Breakfast was self service and basic for what we needed. The room was serviced 1 day before we left,it could have waited until we left. If our travel dictates we will stay here again.」

「hotel is conveniently located to the Capital Theater, an easy walk. The lobby and room was spacious, clean. and good repair. Our room only had 1 desk chair and it would have nice to have more seating besides the beds. When we booked the room, we didn't realize that the rooftop bar is indoor/outdoor and not open in mid-April. The onsite restaurant was nice but kitchen was closed at 10pm on a Friday when got back from the theater. 」

「This is the second time we have stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton. This time in Grand Blanc Michigan. Room clean; however, some mildew in the shower could have been cleaned better. Breakfast had great selection and staff provided anything we asked for. The front desk and all other staff very friendly and attentive. Will book again. Overall, highly recommend.」

「The room had a jet tub which infact was extremely relaxing. Our TV had a small issue and within 1 minute of calling to let the front desk know, they came straight to the room and fixed it immediately. The hotel staff was very friendly all the way around. We enjoyed the room so much it was very comfortable. 」
