「The customer service was commendable. However, the hotel appeared somewhat dilapidated. The condition of the room was unsatisfactory. My accommodation had mold around the bathtub, and the washroom had an unpleasant odor resembling urine. I had to request the housekeeper to re-clean the area. The chairs in the room exhibited stains, and the microwave stand was damaged. I would not choose to return to this establishment.」

「It was amazing how kind the hostess who checked us in let us know that the pool was still open as she could see we were exhausted from the 100 degree heat that we had just rode 3 hours in on a motorcycle!! 「Staying here was definitely a "get what you pay for" situation. The room, while non-smoking, smelled like someone smoked in it for decades and the smell will probably never go away. The bed was made however the pillows looked like they were just tossed on the bed, leaving me to wonder when the bedding was last cleaned. Additionally the bed had significant depressions, leaving me to believe it was very old, or just super poor quality. The bathroom had a soft spot in the floor, right as you walk...

「Quiet, clean hotel with lovely staff who had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in town. We found out king suite both spacious and fabulously air-conditioned upon arrival. Plus the patio just off the indoor pool was a great spot for conversations with other guests. Ample parking available but it was surprisingly rather packed, however we always seemed to find a spot. Would definitely stay again!」
