「This was a lucky and incredible find!! Summer in Lake Como is very busy and I was lucky to find this beautiful hotel. The location, Tremezzo is perfect. You are walking distance to bars and restaurants and importantly a stones throw from a bus stop and ferry stop. The owners and staff are kind and very welcoming. 「The property is great. Rooms are spacious and very modern. Restaurant food is excellent and so was breakfast. Communicating ahead of arrival was non existent. They didn't respond to questions about laundry and shuttle. There is no airport shuttle as listed. They will arrange a taxi from and to the airport. There are no laundry facilities, just a send away service that is expensive. Great food spot across the street but be careful crossing the round about to there. 」

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.」
