"My check in wasn't until 3pm and I arrived at 10am. The staff accomodated and placed me into my room at the time of arrival. I would return to newly made beds and fresh towels daily after my daily task. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional along with freshly brewed coffee machines which saved me alot of money. As a Holiday Inn member, I was able to easily extend my check out time."

"Parking onsite was easy. the hotel has very long hallways. Got my steps in! Very close to Mall of America. There is a shuttle to go there. Overall an excellent place for our meeting."

"I was disappointed in the fee for parking overnight. I expect that downtown but not that far out of the downtown area. They do charge for park and fly which is completely understandable but we were leaving in the am. I did not see this information when I was trying to decide on a hotel."

"The staff was friendly. The room and property are dated, but there were signs indicating construction so maybe improvements are coming."

"The room was clean, the hotel was well maintained, the breakfast was good. Overall it was a very good hotel. I’m a little disappointed I had to pay for parking with a giant surface lot and it was not in the description of the listing. They said it was because of the mall shuttle, but the mall was a block away for walking distance and the mall parking lot is so huge, why would they restrict parking to paid."
