"The hotel was good and the staff was very helpful. The only two items that we found not satisfactory were the luggage carts and the showers in the rooms. The luggage cart was shaped in a triangle so the surface area for loading items was not large at all--it was almost worthless for transporting a lot of items, so we had to make multiple trips to unload items for a funeral we were in town for. The second item (that would make us not stay there again, unless changed) were the showers in the rooms. In order to turn them on, you had to walk past a non-movable glass wall which puts you square in front of the shower head when you need to turn it on. No matter what, you will get wet all over, even if you do not want your hair wet. It is a very bad set up. You should be able to access the on/off handle for the water without getting soaked or freezing out because the first water that comes out is super cold. They really need to change the access to the on/off handle in the shower for us to stay there again."
